One founder, building the tool he wished existed
Hi — I'm Julian, the founder. StoryHatch is a one-person company operating from South Carolina, United States. No team page with stock photos, no "we" pretending to be fifty people — one builder, shipping daily.
Why this exists
I ran faceless Reddit-story channels myself. The format works — but making each video by hand meant finding a thread, writing a script, generating a voice, syncing captions, sourcing gameplay footage, and editing it together. Hours per Short. So I built a pipeline that does the boring 90%, ran my own channels on it every day, and then turned it into a product. The clips on the examples page are that exact pipeline, posting automatically — not a demo reel.
The principles (the site is built on these)
No fake proof. You won't find invented testimonials, made-up user counts, or income screenshots here. When real creators get real results, they'll be shown — until then, the free demo is the proof: judge the output yourself before paying anything.
Honest about monetization. Faceless AI-narrated content has a genuine originality bar to clear on YouTube and TikTok. The monetization guide and the free checker tell you the uncomfortable version, because a customer who gets demonetized is worse than no customer.
Pay only for what works. No subscription. Credits buy finished videos, and any render that fails refunds itself automatically.
The boring trust details
Payments are processed by Stripe — card numbers never touch this server. Voices are ElevenLabs. The full third-party list, what data is stored, and how to get it deleted are spelled out in the privacy policy; the refund rules live in the terms. System health is public at /status.
Talk to a human
Email [email protected] — it lands in my inbox, not a ticket queue, and I read everything. Bug reports, refund questions, feature ideas, or just "is this legit?" — ask.
